Thanks to the Internet, we can ship anywhere, but heavy items may have special considerations. We will work with you to get it there! We prefer to us USPS for small items and FedEx or UPS for larger ones. For heavy shipping, we can always work with freight companies or, if you're close, drive it over to you!

We try to be as thorough and detailed with your requirements as possible at the start so you get exactly what you wanted! This may involve some back-and-forth, but it's worth it in the end when the project you dreamed of becomes real. If our work doesn't meet your expectations, we will work with you to make it right. If the piece conforms to your initial specifications, but requires modification, we can work out an arrangement that is acceptable to everyone involved to make it work. We understand that things change and events can cause plans to go awry. But we still have our material and time to consider, so we can't return the upfront deposit.
