Fusion Metal Art was founded by Paul Silva long before 2008 during his time-off from work when he was free to work on his own artistic creations. After accepting the offer from the maker, a date was set for shipping. My product didn't ship due to issues at his shop, which were not made clear to me until after the fact. Things happen, which are understandable. But now that I've made my final payment, I have yet to receive a confirmation on a new shipping date, tracking information or receive the final product. When I request said information, I get no response from the shop. I'm very disappointed with the follow through and will not be using this for a service again.
