All of our projects are built to the best of our integrity and satisfaction. We have not had a single return on anything we've built over the past 6 years and feel confident you will be happy with the piece we custom make for you! However, if you order one of our standard designs and it isn't what you had in mind, we'll provide full refunds for items returned within 2 weeks, minus the delivery cost. The delivery cost for all refunds are to be covered by the client. Refunds will not be available on highly customized pieces, but we will gladly work with you to make revisions/modifications at a set hourly fee for labor.
