Each piece of furniture i build is custom built. Refunds will be granted prior to the beginning of construction of your actual commissioned piece of furniture. Once your piece is built refunds will not typically be given. It is my goal to have complete customer satisfaction on each piece of furniture that is commissioned and I will work with each buyer on a case by case basis to ensure satisfaction. In some cases refunds may be issued minus a restocking fee that would cover time a fees incurred.
