Most pieces I build are too big to ship, so I can deliver anywhere within 30mi of Charleston, SC.

My projects require a 50% deposit up front. This deposit is 100% refundable until I purchase materials for the project, at which point I will refund your deposit less the cost of purchased materials. This deposit is non-refundable once the building process begins. I'm very thorough in the research phase of each project, so returns based on incorrect building won't be an issue. I will also keep you informed during each phase so it will be exactly as requested, but in the rare case something isn't exactly right, I'll be happy to come out and make minor adjustments (i.e., touch up paint, re-sanding or re-staining, etc...) at no cost.
