Shipping Policy

We offer personal delivery to all New England states and parcel shipping nationwide. For items that are too large or heavy to ship parcel, we will provide a freight estimate and assist with carrier selection, however it will be the customer's responsibility to book and pay for actual freight service. For all freight shipments we strongly recommend customers purchase full value insurance with a reasonable deducible. While we will assist customers in filing any damage claim with carriers Black Bear Furniture assumes no liability whatsoever for shipping loss/damage. Pieces are considered to be delivered once a carrier has accepted them. Proof of the condition and packing material suitability will be provided with all freight shipments.

Because our items are made to order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. While you are always free to cancel your order, after 24 hours material and shop-time fees will apply. We warrantee all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If you ever have a problem with an item you've purchased from us contact us and we will make it right.
