Curved Custom Bench -- For Fire Ring -- Past Project
Custom fit bench I built to fit inside a curved wall that was already constructed by the customer. Made with Ipe lumber; oiled finish. Enamel painted metal frame. The under-frame is a rolled rectangular tubing, welded frame. Each seat slat was individually cut because the wall was a combination of many different radii. I built and installed this bench. Installation was additional cost.

Lifelong I have used handtools for making. But I have years of experience with industrial manufacturing. I have utilized CAD for CNC production (computer controlled lasers, routers, lathes, milling and 3D printing processes).
