Maker Policy

Everything I make is custom per customer approval of designs. I require a minimum of 50% deposit to start projects. Further progress payments may be required for high value projects. NO REFUNDS Cancellations will require all ongoing work in progress costs (labor, materials and subcontractor expenses) to be paid to me. 20% of the total of expenses also to be retained by me. Any remaining balance to be returned upon notice of cancellation. Significant defects or failure on my part to meet customer approved designs will be corrected at my expense.
