I've been getting my hands dirty with metal for over 30 years. Everything is custom handmade by ONLY me (no employees or crew. just me). I have 10 years of experience woking with wood. I have a passion for making dreams a reality. Clients give me an idea, sketch, or specific list of needs. I work on a drawing to scale, and once approved I start on the project.
I would say my artistic creativity and blacksmithing skills are my strongest points, since I've been working the longest with them. I let my projects speak for themselves. I am a perfectionist and my own worst critic. 90% of my metal projects are mild steel, but I do work with other metals and any welding process.
When it comes to wood in my projects, I try to use repurposed wood whenever possible, but I'm not limited by it. Let's brainstorm, crunch some numbers, and make one of a kind custom pieces.

He designed for me a swing table with a level of artistry and precision that exceeded my expectations. Not only was his pricing fair and reasonable, he literally drove the completed project from Laredo, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia to deliver and install it. There were some understandable delays in the completion of the work -- but it was very much worth the wait. I found Xavier to be personable, professional, and super easy to work with. I hope to use him again and again for future creative projects…

For Wood And Metal Modern Yet Rustic Display Cases & Furniture1.3I placed this order with Xavier Villela, back in early June for a counter display cabinet and July 1st for a wall display cabinet for my boutique. I clearly stated to Xavier when I needed the items for my store's Gand opening.
On Wednesday July 18th Xavier Villela stated "I'm targeting Monday (23rd July) for the shipping date".
On Tuesday 24th July Xavier Villela texted me shipping would be, "No later then tomorrow" (Wednesday 25th July).
On Wednesday 25th, Xavier Villela texted "They'll go out tomorrow morning. I decided to crate them." Xavier Villela asked me to pay the for the balance I paid him immediately. I spent $1350 on the wall unit and $650 on the display cabinet.
On Thursday, July 26th after multiple texts to Xavier Villela no response to at the end of the day Xavier stated that he had a fire and one of the units was damaged. I don't understand how that is possible as everything was so suppose to to ship that morning.
Friday, July 27th, no tracking and or shipping information and zero communication.
Saturday, July 28th, after multiple calls and texts to Xavier. Xavier says he's no in the hospital?
Sunday, July 29th, Xavier says he will send tracking / shipping information. Nothing.
Monday, July 30th, zero communication except, "I don't know if these drugs got my mind messed up."
Finally get a shipping confirmation and the items show up weeks between schedule on Thursday August 2nd. Weeks after agreed deadline.
I heard every excuse from glass breaking, the wrong, wood, to fires, heat and then finally drugs. Wow!
The counter display cabinet does not have the drill holes in the four corners as requested and the lights were not installed just thrown in the box.
The wall unit is good, I think.
Just a horrible stressful experience!
