I ship worldwide. The method is dependent on the item. I also work on location for those items that are too big to be shipped, or are very site specific.

Maker Policy

Typical projects require a 50% deposit prior to work being started. The remainder is due prior to shipping/delivery. If a project is cancelled after a deposit has been received, but prior to the start of work, the deposit will be returned, less any incurred expenses (material purchases, research time, etc.) If a project is cancelled during production, the deposit will not be returned. All creations are guaranteed to be free of defect; designed, and manufactured to the customer's specifications. Those specifications are arrived at by consultation between both maker and end-user, prior to manufacture.
