Refunds: I've never had to give a refund in 8 years. If you are that unhappy with my work I'll quit designing. Ha! Obviously, if something drastic happens in your life that requires finances that you've spent on my work the following "Cancellation" policy would be applicable. Returns: I take detailed photos before shipping, if yo. Sales are final unless there is workmanship defects. Cancellation: If we start a project and I have cut the wood, half of the half down is kept.
