Corner Net From Macrame Plarn

$300

Geometrically marvelous Corner Net for household use. Perfect for storing Stuffed Animals, pillows, or other light to medium weight objects. Not for holding people or live animals! Simply drill screws or bolts through the frame into your wall studs for a sturdy connection and the ability to store your light and medium weight objects off the ground, up in a corner. RAD can customize the size for you, but either a 2' or 3' version is typical. The frame is reclaimed wood trim, cleaned and painted by RAD. The macrame rope is spun from used plastic bags by RAD. We gather used plastic bags, cut them into loops, and spin them into yarn. Then we tie and weave the mesh net, one knot at a time. All of this is done in Bend, Oregon. The result is a unique and custom art piece that will increase your storage space, reduce pollution in the environment, and mystify your mind with its marvelous geometrical design.

I am a 3 dimensional sculptor of functional art. I work in many materials including wood, stone, steel, and plastics, with modern tools like 3D Printing, laser cutting, and CNC routing, in both the workshop and virtual spaces with VR sculpting software, 3D CAD, & BIM.

I am working on building projects with clients that will improve our world. We need to design things with respect to their social, environmental, and economic impact. This ranges from recycling and manufacturing plastics at home to carefully designing furniture for people & animals that really improves their quality of life, while minimizing their environmental cost.

I am a Master of Architecture, life long sculptor, speaker of Japanese, German, and English, and dedicated to building excellent projects for my clients!
