I strive to design accessories that exceed your expectations. Therefore, please allow a three week lead time to complete a project. I may finish the work before then and will communicate with you as it is in process. Once I start working on your design, and by this I mean cutting the leather, custom projects cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with the final piece, I will work with you to make the necessary adjustments.
