Item was damaged in delivery, but the issue was quickly addressed and fixed. Very professional, and I was happy with the outcome.

Mark is the consummate professional. I commissioned Mark to create a mini replica of a circa 1660 Brewster arm chair. He kept me informed throughout the project with photos, to ensure everything was going well. His attention to detail and exactness was unsurpassed. His woodwork skills are amazing. The final product exceeded my highest expectations. I cannot say enough good things about Mark. He comes with my strongest recommendation for all your custom projects. You will be well satisfied!

Everything was great from start to finish. The only thing I am somewhat not happy with is the size of the font. I see from the details above that I didn't pay enough attention to the size of the font, when I looked at the finished product it took me by surprise, so that is on me. Other than that you were wonderful to work with and I will highly recommend anyone wanting something similar to go with you guys. The finished product is great looking and I can't wait to find the perfect spot to locate it. I believe my wife will love it! Thanks for everything!

I asked Mark to make a folding chessboard. I sent him photographs of exactly what I wanted. The finished product bears no resemplance to the photographs. The chessboard I wanted was designed to be portable and lightweight. The board I received was heavy, clunky and to quote Mark "rustic" I became concerned with the qualilty of the constructon when I noticed on a photograph Mark sent to me that there was stain on the light colored squares. Mark had not stained the squared before gluing then down. Because of the this stain flowed to the adjacent squares. Most concerting was that Mark made no effort to clean this up before appling a a finish coat to the entire project. After I pointed the issue to Mark he did remove the finish coat and tried to remove the stain. Additionally, the grain orientation of the squares was a concern. The squares were glued in with no regard to the direction of the wood grain. The squares in the chessboard are not the same size. When I asked Mark about this he responded that his customers prefered a RUSTIC apprearnce. l It was obvious from the phototgraphs I had sent Mark that the board I wanted was anything but rustic. I do not know Mark and only contracted with him after seeing his work online. In my opinion Mark is not capable of making quality items. He is not capable of furniture grade work.. I am very dissapointed in his attention to detail. I did not press him on price. I accepted the price he quoted based upon his reviewing photographs of the folding chessboard I wanted. I expected the finished chessboard to be similar in form to the photographs I sent him. The board as delivered was crudely made, large, heavy, and frankly ugly. Mark is no craftsman and his attention to detail is non-existant.

Loved working with this seller. He gave regular updates with photos! Quality is amazing! My husband loves it. Only issue was the box was almost totally broken when it arrived but that isn’t really sellers fault. Will definitely buy again from this seller!!

I wish I could give Mark a rating higher than a "5". My experience with him was awesome! I provided Mark with only a picture from Pinterest of a large metal fish. From that picture, he made a template and created the exact same fish. In addition, he provided updates along the way . . . almost every day I got a picture a status report. I also asked for the project to be delivered by a certain date and it arrived a week early. Couldn't recommend Mark enough!!!!
