Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

I can ship fully insured worldwide at buyers expense. Pricing will vary by location and size of the piece and the desired speed of shipping. I reccomend 3 day shipping or overnight when possible. The longer things are in transit, the greater the chances of something happening. It may cost a little more but it is worth it to avoid any accidents. Please contact me ahead of time for shipping costs and I will do my best to get an estimate from multiple shippers.

Accepted Answer

No refunds or cancellations once work has started. Returns are only accepted if something is damaged beyond repair during shipping. In the event of something breaking, I will work with the shipper to rectify the situation, thankfully I haven't had any problems with that, so far. I personally make sure everything I make is properly padded and secured so everything will be safe when shipped.
