We are originally Urban Mining Company. The conference table photo is our table, and was created for one of our many clients nationwide. We have changed the name of our business, but we are the same family-owned reclaimed wood builder! Based out of Oceanside, CA. Ron Dronkers

I'm a mechanical design engineer with experience in aerospace, military/defense, veterinary surgical equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing.
In retirement, I shifted my technical experience into a full-time profession fabricating custom wood furniture and fixtures for homes, businesses, restaurants and bars. Engineering has served me well in designing unique and eye-pleasing projects.
Primarily I build with reclaimed softwoods such as cedar and redwood, but can also build with new wood species.
I've incorporated computer-controlled machines to fabricate custom metal wall décor, artwork, signs and furniture accents in addition to the woodworking equipment.
