We ship from Sonoma, California. We can ship via UPS, Fed, and USPS and will ship the cheapest method possible. We usually use UPS and Fed Ex but for smaller items we can use USPS.

We can accept refunds back for 15 days if the product does not meet your expectations and is not used.
