I received the project today and was very disappointed. The name signs were fine, but it was not put together and the hardware was not included. The picture advertised was complete (name signs attached to each other and a chain to hang. When my so-called sign came, it was just wood name signs, not connected, etc., not a sign as advertised. Highly disappointed!!

I spent a lot of time online trying to locate a ready-made product, all to no avail. I knew what I wanted and assumed that a custom-made product would be too costly. I was completely impressed by Thomas W's ability to work with me to create a custom-made metal product at a fair price. The communication was excellent, both in terms of sharing ideas about my project, and the process of fabricating it. The fact that it was done as quickly as it was was an additional benefit I did not expect.

I was happy with the final product. Everything worked well. Maybe it could have been a little quicker. The price was somewhat high, but the sign was also quite substantial. Packaging was great. The design discussion was really done well. Very quick responses so it was easy to get that part done quickly.

The project came out looking fantastic and we're excited to see how our tournaments' participants react to it
