Small items are normally shipped ground through UPS or Fedex. Oversized items require custom packing and freight or enclosed trailer delivery. Please call 910 - 405 - 0413 if you have any questions.

Accepted Answer

If customers are not fully satisfied then it is possible to get a refund minus parts and shipping. The customer also must take good pictures of the product when delivered and keep all packing material necessary for any claims. Without sufficient photo and details needed, the refund is void. Customers are eligible to cancel a product if less than half of time of build minus parts.
