Made for a variety of cooking preps, but was customized for an Italian Pastry Chef from NY that relocated to NC. Made form Cherry, Maple, and African Mahogany, this piece was 36 x 24 with 2" lip for both ends to secure to any counter top surface. Comes fully coated and ready to use right out of the box.

My specialty is furniture refinishing but I also enjoy making custom furniture. Over the years I have been told repeatedly that I missed my calling when it came to the art of wood. I just enjoy any type of carpentry and making others dreams come true.

Dealing with the public all my life first as a salesman during college and have realized over the years that most people are not patient. Quality work is not possible without patience and making sure every detail is covered for pieces to last a lifetime. My pieces are meant to be passed down from generation to generation. This process can not be rushed.

No one is perfect and I don't expect to be, but I strive for perfection in my furniture making process. With a Masters in Special Education and a Masters in Business, I have learned that patience over powers ignorance.
