I'm very happy with our sofa table. It's beautiful and just what we wanted. It was made exactly to the size we required and needed. The communication back and forth with Zac and others on the team was delightful. They took the time to answer any question you had. This is a good young company who take pride in their craftsmanship. I was impressed with this company as I did alot of research and that's what made me go with them. I grew up in Pennsylvania and was taught hard, honest, good work will pay off. I wish all these young creative artists at Brick Mill Craft Furniture the best of luck. You're on the right track. And look you can sell outside of Pennsylvania, all over the country. Oh, my sofa table arrived in Arizona with no damage, properly packaged and beautifully made. Love it!! Keep up the good work!!

These floating shelves are exactly what I have been looking for to hold bottles above my bar! They are so sturdy, beautiful, and well-made. I was able to hang them by myself as my husband just had shoulder surgery. They are the perfect addition to our house. Zac was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions, gave me quick quotes, and adjusted things promptly to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This was a very positive experience. Even the packing was impressive!!

This was so easy! The product was delivered perfectly and even though I wanted a custom piece, the communication was quick and concise and the product ended up exactly how I wanted it.

Beautiful desk - exactly what I hoped for. Zac is a true craftsman. Yes it took a while to receive but made to my exact specs and I was able to approve slab before he started.

This was a seamless request. I knew what I wanted, asked for it and got it. The communication was excellent and the process by which they provided the quote and shipping information was timely and professional. Thank you!

The quality of custom table was excellent. They finished the work exactly when they committed and the shipping was easy and well crated for protection. Would use and recommend them any day

We had a lot of issues during the process. The issues were addressed but the process needs improvement. One cost was given, then the price increased on the next bill. A discount was not applied that had previously been deducted. The legs were not placed as specified in the order. They were to be 6"s in from the ends and were 20"s. The wrong height legs were sent. Too short and not per the order specs. One of the legs had no grinding of the welded joint. The other 2 were ground smooth. Except for the weld roughness the other issues eventually were corrected and the table looks fine. The errors made the process questionable, so I would be hesitant to order again or recommend.

Since we haven’t received the table yet, I can only speak to the pictures and interaction. Throughout our process Zac and Brick Mill have been a pleasure to work with. They ask questions and give answers promptly, professionally, and with expertise. I can’t wait to get our new dining table…it’s in route!

The tables exceeded my expectations! Zac communicated promptly all through the process. During the design he offered other options for the legs and accommodated all my requests and questions. Every step of this was professional with images sent on the project progress along the way. The tables were packed in a wooden crate with extreme care. I am so impressed with my new tables. I definitely recommend Zac and his team. Thank you so very much for all the hard work put into this.

This was an all round good experience, I had a drawing with dimensions of what shelves I required and submitted this in my initial request. It was confirmed they would be able to make this, a quote was quickly provided and we were able to move forward. They helped me with the choice of wood that would suit my requirements and made me feel comfortable with my decisions. The finished product is wonderful and looks great. My only comments would be that following payment to the 3 week shipment later it was very quiet, which is understood and so I do not want to be too critical, it would have been nice to get an update in the middle but I understand this isn't necessary hence why I did not deduct any stars. Lastly, the drywall anchors provided were fine but the screws were too large for them, which made them rotate in the drywall until a hole was created and had to be filled, I had to go to the local hardware store to get ones that would work, again not a big issue but wanted to provide feedback. Thanks again for the beautiful shelves and I will be in touch if I have any more projects!

Working with Zac was great! He was super responsive, answered all my questions, and worked super fast. He was able to build me exactly what I needed for a fireplace mantel. I love the end product! It's beautiful and of superb quality.

My dining table is absolutely beautiful. Zac communicated effectively and answered all of my questions. Shout out to Zac and his dad who also delivered my table. My home is on a slope in the pocono mountains and they bought my table up on that steep driveway of mine. Due to the snow we had on the ground they could not bring the truck up. Also the table is sturdy and strong. Will be doing business with them again. Five stars ??
