Shipping is negotiable, but preferred to figure out before project starts.

Accepted Answer

No returns or refunds unless an act of god is involved. Cancellations are fine as long as the building has not begun. Returns would be silly for hand made items. If an item warps or cracks then we can work out repair or replacement. But hand built live hardwoods can warp over time depending on climate and usage.
