Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

Local projects will be delivered for a flat fee of $100. Delivery outside central North Carolina shall be $0.90/mile.

Maker Policy

Accepted Answer

Custom work requires a 50% deposit to begin work on the project. Refunds/returns are not available on custom projects. Cancellation of a custom project already in progress will forfeit the deposit.
