Shipping costs and times will need to be mutually agreed. If you're in the SF Bay Area, I'd be happy to personally deliver an item, introduce myself, and ensure my piece is going to a good home!

I take great pride in my work. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
