Each shipping has a tracking number, it is certified package, signature required. If you are not at home, you need go to your local post office to get the package. Your local post office will help to keep the package for 1-3 weeks, then return to the sender. Please contact me if you have not receive your package over. We can also use DHL or Fedex service, it's fast and dependable.Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to US, Canada, UK and other major countries.
