It was an absolute pleasure working with Jeanette. She's super responsive, diligent, creative, and a genuinely nice person. She did an enormous amount of research to make sure the end product was exactly what I asked for and kept me updated along the way, even running some alternate design possibilities by me for my consideration. The product she created is exactly what I wanted and far exceeded my expectations. She even went above and beyond with packaging.
