Shipping We are located in Chestertown, New York but produce fine hand crafted products for people all over the country. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping on all of our items. Artwork will be shipped via USPS or UPS and will be insured with a delivery confirmation number.

I will send you a mockup to approve before any work begins. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I will work with you to solve any issues. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
