For returns contact us within 2 days of delivery Ship items back within 2 days of delivery The buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost Item must be returned in its original condition Note: Any custom, personalized or discounted orders can’t be returned unless defective or damaged during delivery. Made to Order Products This is what makes us special, we allow you to customize every piece to your choosing. Your piece will be handmade and one of a kind. Because of this once your order has been placed and put into production your order cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within the first 24 hours after placing your order.
