I use a local company that does a great job of packing and shipping in the US. Typically they use FedEx. People near Phoenix can pick they pieces up if they desire.

I want people to be happy with what I make for them. Significant time and money goes into creating pieces and procuring the right material. I don't give refunds. If there is a problem, let's talk about it. We should be able to work something out.
