Refunds will be made with in the first 24 hours the order is placed . After that refunds maybe made if the project hasn't been started. Refunds can not be made once the materials have been purchased. Cancelation can only be made in the first 24 hours and only if materials have not been purchased or projected started. Please contact use to discuss. Returns are accepted ONLY if item is damaged during shipping. Detailed pictures of Original shipping Container damage and of custom order. All orders are shipped insured so the client will have the option of a full refund once the shipping company pays the claim or the re make of the custom order.
