We use UPS, USPS and/or FedEx depending on what/how we are shipping the product. Fully built buildings are crated for stability and for the safety of the structure.

Accepted Answer

Refunds/exchanges are offerred in the event that the built project is damaged during transit. Photos are taken before crating to show how it looked befire being crated, photos then taken after the crating. If the item is damaged when received photos must accompany the refund/replacement request.
