Shipping Policy

United States - We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail. A confirmation code is sent that gives details of when your product will be delivered. Delivery is within 1-5 business days from shipment date. International - We do accept international orders. Please message us and we can discuss shipping expenses. If you would like to expedite your order, we do offer FedEx or USPS Express Mail with additional charges. Please contact us for an estimate.

Maker Policy

Accepted Answer

If your product is damaged, we will ship a new item to you or refund your order. This offer is valid for up to 30 days from delivery date. Refunds for custom orders are accepted within 24 hours of purchasing. Return shipment is the customer's responsibility. A full refund will be issued once we have received the returned package.
