Area served: All of the United States. Local regions include the Rocky Mountain Region; Western Slope of Colorado including Telluride, Vail, Aspen, Crested Butte, Durango, Salida, Steamboat Springs and Grand Junction. All Western United States Region including New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington. WHITE GLOVE "PERSONAL" DELIVERIES MAY BE AVAILABLE ANY WHERE IN THE UNITED STATES UPON REQUEST. Shipping Methods: To be determined for each project. Some projects can be personally delivered anywhere in the country if the clients want this kind of personal service.

Maker Policy

Accepted Answer

FURNITURE BY CARLISLE will refund the initial down payment only if the the project is cancelled, in writing, within 48 hours of our receipt of the deposit. The deposit is for the purpose of reserving shop time and purchasing materials. After the first 48 hours, we will refund 25% of the total deposit if a new project is contracted with FURNITURE BY CARLISLE within 15 days. The balance of the deposit will be used for time already invested in the project and for the cost of returning materials. Custom work is never returnable. Once a project is started then balance is due in full even if you call to cancel. ALL SHIPPING MUST INCLUDE INSURANCE, FOR FULL REPLACEMENT COST, PAID IN ADVANCE BY THE CLIENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Any damage which occurs during shipping will be repaired at FURNITURE BY CARLISLE shop, The client is responsible for cost of all repairs and all freight costs, for both directions. Client will do the required paperwork to be reimbursed. FURNITURE BY CARLISLE will be paid by the client in full prior to starting the damage repairs. Clients may pick up projects at FURNITURE BY CARLISLE shop. Any Warranty work will be at the FURNITURE BY CARLISLE shop, with shipping costs, for both directions, being paid by client. Prior to the commencement of warranty work, Client must send detailed photos of the problem to FURNITURE BY CARLISLE , who will approve, in writing, the intended warranty work. FURNITURE BY CARLISLE warrants workmanship only. Any hardware is covered under original manufacturer's warranty only. FURNITURE BY CARLISLE does not warrant any damage caused by user abuse or normal wear and tear. Categorizing the type of repair, i.e. issues caused by workmanship, shipping, abuse, etc. is the sole determination of FURNITURE BY CARLISLE, and all decisions are final.
