Parametric US Flag Wall Art
A 3D parametric patriotic statement for your wall at home, office, retail, or hospitality venue. Simply stunning and original work of art with a solid hardwood union field of stars combined with high quality fire retardant MDF slices. The flag measures 48" wide x 25" high x up to 4" deep. An optional UV printed plaque allows for personalization ranging from military insignias to welcoming invitations. The flag is designed for interior settings.
Local customers may choose a fully assembled flag. When shipped, the parts come in an easy to assemble kit. Installation difficulty is on par with hanging a heavy framed mirror … with the added enjoyment of seeing the flag take shape as slice after slice is hung on the mounting system.

Welcome! I am the owner, operator, designer, sawdust maker and everything else including janitor of this little specialty woodworking business. After a career in the business world, I am now following a passion to create works in and of wood. My goal is to deliver to you, my customer, projects that are done right, meeting (hopefully exceeding) your quality expectations. I began my business in 2008 under the name: North Texas Woodworks. I designed and built tables for kitchens and dining rooms, bookshelves, cabinets and several other furniture items. In late 2014 I had bilateral knee replacement surgery that could have gone better! I was sidelined for about 3 years, but got back to sawdust making in 2018.
Changed the product focus to somewhat smaller items including the lighted "Stream Tables" sized for sofa tables and entry halls. With the change came a different name: Beraht, LLC. Beraht is a German word that can mean bright as well as Bert. Seemed like a perfect fit for lighted tables made by a guy named Bert! Beginning in 2024 I have added parametric wall art to my offerings, both standard designs as well as custom and personalized options. Be sure to check out my custom parametric flags!
I own two large format Computer Numerical Control (CNC) router systems and cut and carve special shapes and designs for individuals and for businesses. I can carve images and text in wood to create signs for your business, decor for your home, and gifts for your friends and family. With this automation, orders can be for an individual or for many repetitive items. Examples of past work include things as different as a carved applique for an antique sewing machine, signs, plaques, countless styles and shapes of art boards for paint and epoxy artists, and even ornate carved panels for residential and business doors.

For floating Queen platform bed frame with matching nightstands5.0North Texas Wood Works absolutely delivered on my expectations and more. They hand delivered and installed a solid Peruvian wood floating modern bed, with attached floating drawers, and a removable fabric headstand. The bed is all quality. In addtion, they were able to match my concept for a sliding door to the main bathroom, eliminating the ugly default white door, and saving space when the door is open, giving the room a large visual effect. Will definitely do business with again.

For Dinning Room Table5.0Bert made an AMAZING table for us. We started out with a very rough idea of what we wanted, and he helped us refine and refine based on some pictures we sent and a conversation. Then he did a mock-up to show us, and we refined a little more. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were beyond impressive. One of the most difficult things about our table was that we wanted to be able to store the (huge) leaves inside the table. Bert worked on that for quite a while until he finally got it to work. Ultimately, we ended up with a beautiful table that was exactly what we wanted. It's a one-of-a-kind work of art. Bert was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. We will be using him to design a desk for us next. You won't go wrong with Bert!
