Jan 24, 2017So to set the stage, I have a custom home. With A LOT of molding woodworks etc. I had a unique idea for a custom addition to our library. Ive had quite a few quotes from local contractors, and was given the typical "Big House Surcharge". I decided to give custom made a try.. sorta sight unseen if you know what I mean. I have a few proposals , however a local craftsman (Bernie) submitted a proposal. He was @ 2 hrs away; came to my home to discuss the project further. Literally drove the extra two hours!. From our first meeting Bernie was very professional; he is a very nice man who you can tell takes pride in his work. He gave me a very Fair price and we agreed to move forward. He actually came in under budget, on time and his work is excellent! It gives me great pleasure to have found an honest ethical craftsman; we plan on keeping him busy.. Do not hesitate to use Bernie... But Get in line :-)
