Sapele Wood Bar Stools
Here are a couple versions of the same stool. The black ones are dyed sapele with real leather upholstery and polished steel back supports. They were finished with a 2k automotive finish that was wet sanded and buffed to a mirror like sheen. The stools have limited turn seats that swing back to a fixed position when you get out of it. I made a set of 10 for a luxury yacht. The other ones are the exact same wood and design just left natural with a conversion varnish finish. These stools were made with a solid wood spinning seat. These stools or any other design can be fabricated in my shop fairly quickly. Sapele is an African mahogany with a beautiful color and grain. It is a pretty good choice for any solid furniture because of its low cost and large sizes available.

Kirk Kreations is a full service woodshop specializing in custom veneered furniture and cabinetry. Our shop offers a very diverse range of projects. Some of our past jobs include yacht interiors, airplene interiors, wood car parts, full offices of furniture, conference tables, full house interiors including cabinets and furniture, and so many various jobs.

Kirk was extremely helpful throughout the process & provided lot of guidance on getting the design right. It seemed odd to me that I couldn't source a carpenter in the Dallas area & had to go to Tulsa OK to get this project completed, but I'm glad we did. I'd recommend Kirk to anyone looking for this type of service.
