Media Console, Buffett ,Entertainment Center Made With Exotic Wood
This is a one of a kind media console. It is 35 inches tall 20 inches deep and 73 inches wide. There are three 7 inch tall solid maple dovetailed drawer boxes with touch to open guides. The 2 side doors also feature push to open hardware with a 20 inch wide space for standard size electronic equipment behind them. Each side has 2 adjustable shelves and large cutouts with grommets to run cables through the bottoms. The cabinet is constructed from gorgeous curly quilted maple framework. The panels and door,drawer fronts are made with Ziricote wood from Central America. It is a very intense looking wood with amazing grains. The interior is a maple wood. All wood on this cabinet is natural with no stains or colorant. It was finished with 3 coats of satin conversion varnish, a very durable finish. Kirk Kreations is a full service woodshop specializing in custom veneered furniture and cabinetry. Our shop offers a very diverse range of projects. Some of our past jobs include yacht interiors, airplene interiors, wood car parts, full offices of furniture, conference tables, full house interiors including cabinets and furniture, and so many various jobs.

I wanted something that wasn't too big or too small, that would be good for dining and for playing card/board games, and that was unique with a modern yet natural look. Kirk created exactly what I wanted. He was great to work with. His craftsmanship is superb. He gave me lots of options and responded to my questions and comments in a timely manner. AND he kindly stored my finished table, no charge, until my house was finished being built (which was behind schedule). Shipping was a bit expensive and inconvenient, but absolutely no fault of Kirk's (and no more so than it would have been from any other seller).
