Frank was so great when I got him to do my fiance's engagement ring that it was a no-brainer for us to go to him for our wedding rings. This time around, the budget was a big tighter and we was so helpful in taking that into consideration. He worked with me on the details of both our wedding rings to get what fit our needs and wasn't outrageously expensive. I can't say too many good things about Frank, his work, and the way he runs his business. Helpful, super high quality, friendly, flexible.

Frank did an excellent job on the ring and was easy to work with. There was a bit of a time crunch and while I was worried about getting the product on time, but it did arrive via US Postal Service in time for Christmas.

His professional expertise was apparent, dispelling the ramblings I had read about jewelry materials on the Internet. Frank Goss is just amazing. He was exceptionally professional, courteous and understanding in all of our dealings and always made sure he had the details just right before going forward. We got the rings on time and they are absolutely gorgeous! The picture we received in advance doesn't do them any kind of justice - they're just breathtaking!
