Reply from maker at February 26, 2025This review was posted 9 months after product delivery and in all the previous time we never have any complaint by the client. No tech draw or spec sheet were ever given by hi, we received only a low quality image from where we had to recreate everything. We updated the client on every single step we made (our chat includes more than 200 messages between us, including drawings, renderings and pictures – everything approved by him). So, if the products did not meet expectations, why not report this before production or immediately after delivery?
The client claims some fade on gold finishing. I tried to reach him aking for some photos to understand the problem and we never have a reply or else. The faded buckles can't be considered as faulty since finishing is a process that can be re-done many times. All you had to do was send them back, put more gold on the finishing compound to have a stronger coating. By the way, we have 2 more of these buckles in our facilities and the galvanic finished is still perfect even after years.
It's important to note that these products were crafted in Italy by the same skilled artisans who have been creating luxury goods for major international fashion brands for over 50 years. While mistakes can happen, especially with from-scratch projects like this, I know their work intimately and can guarantee that this customer's order was handled with impeccable care and craftsmanship.
I find it curious that he refers to our products as poor quality and badly made when speaking to us, while simultaneously selling them online at $$$ and presenting them as Italian-made luxury goods (showing on the online pictures none of the defects now claimed). If they were really poorly made and of LQ and you knowingly sell them at $$$…it’s not me the one who deserves a 2 star rating.
We respect customer feedback, but believe this review reflects frustration with unsatisfactory commercial results with his brand, rather than actual issues with products

It was a very odd size and very specific. His got damaged and we couldn’t begin to find anything like it already made. Marco was great at communicating and in a very quick manner. We received the wallet today (Dec 3rd) exactly the day I was promised. My husband was thrilled that I was able to come up with what he was hoping for (it was a wonderful surprise today indeed).
