We are proud of our creations, and stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to make you happy. If you decide you still want to return your item to us, we will refund the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. The returned item must be received in the original condition. Custom orders will not receive a full refund. We pack each item with care prior to shipping. However, damage may occur during shipping.
