Stainless steel custom spacers are made from 304 material which is rust resistant, used extensively in the food and medial industries for it corrosion properties. Our spacers can be special machined to your specific needs.
The following are out basic dimensions, but can be adjusted to your requirements with Inside bores and lengths. All dimensions are +- .005 , all corners are chamfered to remove burrs.
1.250 outside diameter .250 inside hole , .250 thickness.
1.250 outside diameter, .500 inside hole, .500 thick.
1.250 outside diameter, .750 inside hole , 1.000 thick.
All items are shipped by UPS ground service within 5 days of the order.

Mference & Co is a family owned metal and wood fabrication business since 2010. Our specialty shop and studio can make any type of part or custom creation needed for a specific purpose. We use a variety of materials, such as stainless steel, brass, hard woods like oak, maple and mahogany to fabricate parts or custom creations for our clients.
In addition, we provide Auto Cad design help, machine shop services including CNC milling / routing , manual lathe, special small drilling , precision boring and reaming work, fine manual engraving work plus deep rotary engraving on our brocading machines.
We have over 30 years experience in precision machining related to the aerospace and medical parts industry. Quality fine wood and millwork also comprise the extent of our processes.
