Abstract Fused Glass Table Sculpture with Hand Made Glass - Inner Piece
The fused glass sculpture Inner Piece gets its name from being created from elements of a different piece. By shifting my perspective on one piece of work, others emerged through this transformation. I combined the energy of my handmade glass with bands of rich turquoise, steel blue and carnelian. The pop of warm coral is cupped in a crescent of opalescent steel blue glass. As a stand-alone sculpture, it can be placed in any location where it can take advantage of the natural light in the room. The 3/8” thick glass is seated in a tiger wood base.

With my grandfather recently passing away we wanted something perfect for my grandma as my grandpa did stained glass work. Well Michelle kept me up to speed thru the entire project from the sketch clear to the shipping. Pictures didn’t do it justice my grandma opened it today and she just kept running her fingers across the glass she was speechless it turned out fantastic! I needed it by a certain date and she finished in very close to that date (there was a few issues with material orders) and it was gorgeous! Very impressed and I thank her very much again!
