Abstract Fused Glass Sculpture Featuring Handmade Glass - Piece Process
The fused glass sculpture Piece Process gets its name from being created from elements of a different piece. By shifting my perspective on one piece of work, others emerged through this transformation. I combined the energy of my handmade glass with a shell of warm vanilla and building blocks of pale to deep turquoise. The pop of warm coral gives the energy a focal point. As a stand-alone sculpture, it can be placed in any location where it can take advantage of the natural light in the room. The 3/8” thick glass is seated in a tiger wood base.

Sep 3, 2013I have never worked with an artist without physically meeting and seeing the artist's work, but my experience with Michelle Caron was as close to being there as possible. I was able to describe my ideas for the stain glass skylight, and received an abundance of her visions and colors throughout the sketching of the project before it was clear that we both were happy with her plans. I was even more delighted to receive such a beautifully detailed piece of art that expresses Michelle's talent and CARE for the happiness of the client.
