Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated shipping times are provided as part of the final bid. or during checkout for ready to purchase items. Domestic shipping is usually via USPS for smaller items and FedEX for larger boxed items and crates. I insure all parcels and crates via Secursus (a third party insurer) which require a signature upon delivery. The buyer will receive an email from Secursus explaining what is necessary in order for me to file a claim should an item be damaged or lost.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please write "damaged" when signing for the parcel. The email from Secursus will explain how to handle photographing packaging, damage, etc. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. As each item is handmade, if a replacement is requested, I will do my best to approximate the original.
Expedited Shipping within the United States is available for an additional cost.
Orders of ready-to-purchase items may be cancelled up until the item is set to be shipped (usually 2-3 days).

International Shipping

Your satisfaction is my goal and I will work to insure that a piece of work commissioned from my studio meets your expectations. Updates with photos will keep you informed as your project is being created and ensure that the piece you receive is the piece you are expecting. In the event that you are not satisfied with the art work once it arrives, I will work with you to resolve the issue at no charge. Once a proposal for a commissioned piece is accepted and the work has begun, custom projects cannot be canceled. If you need a project completed by a specific date or for a particular event, please make sure that information is part of the conversation before a proposal is submitted.
