Shipping Policy
Area served: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and will ship to any state. Shipping Methods: Shipping cost to be paid by customer. UPS or US Mail Service. Will deliver in a 40 mile radius of Upsala, MN for free. Other delivering options available will discuss with customer.
Installation Policy
Installation costs will be per project if they apply.
Maker Policy
Do not accept refunds or returns all products are custom made for each customer. Cancellation can be made before any work has started. Once the work is started the down payment is not refundable. Custom engraved cutting boards are not refundable. We do a proof of the engraving before doing the engraving. Once the customer give us the go head there is no refund. The engraving on some woods like walnut don't show good. Because you have a almost black wood and the engraving is a dark black. Woods like maple & Bamboo show much better.
