The communication issues perhaps involved contacts to Custom Made when I actually wished to contact Timothy. At times, he did not receive my communications in a timely matter, or seemingly, not at all. It was frustrating.

To say I am very pleased with the work done by Mr. T. Boots would be an understatement. He made a custom cutting board which was 25" x 28" x 1.5" that included a juice groove that I proudly presented to my son-in-law for Christmas. The board was received with great excitement. I will do business with him again.

I am very satisfied with my customized cutting board, the coloring is beautiful. The order/payment/communication was easygoing. I recommend this maker to family and friends. The pride in the work is obvious.

I needed 50 wood panels with handle cut-outs to display frame samples in my new shop. Unfortunately, this idea came to me about a week before opening day...Tim Boots, you ROCK!!! The project is a Christmas present and I have not seen it yet. So I am not sure of the Professionalism or Expertise. If the project looks as good as the over all experience I will be happy to give the craftsman Mr. Boots a five star plus. Thank you very much. This was a custom made project that I could not find a any box store locations and with little notice it was completed in time for Christmas. Thanks again!!

I am very pleased with the project. It was what I asked for. This was not an easy project when it came to matching the color.

I am not only delighted with how this daybed turned out, but very pleased with how easy communication and payment was. I received updates on progress and the white glove delivery was impressive. The bed is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Southern Woodworking and Workshop and hope to use them again.
