Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Area served: Worldwide. In 2010, we shipped to Singapore,and Scotland, and we're familiar with EU requirements. Shipping Methods: We either crate and ship, or blanket wrap with hand delivery.
Installation Policy
On the west coast, we can install, or provide an installation-ready project for your contractor.
Maker Policy
Each piece is unique and wood selection shall be at the sole discretion of Anthony Kahn to use the nicest and best looking wood available for the artistic execution for the level of the work. All sales are final. Anthony Kahn may, at his discretion, exchange a piece for equal or higher value, however all extra transportation and any extra time and materials must be covered by the client. All shipments to be insured, please inspect crate and make sure if there is any damage to the outside of the crate it is noted on the bill of lading.
