The cutting board was exactly as advertised. I was very pleased with the product.

I cannot rate Jamison Sellers highly enough! Jamison designed, built and delivered my dream armoire after I had searched high and low - to no avail - for something pre-made. From start to finish Jamison was incredibly communicative and professional; his attention to detail was like nothing I had seen, from wood selection to drawer and door pull design. He is a true craftsman, I am very lucky to have found him through Custom Made and now have an armoire to be cherished! Jamison is a gem of a furniture maker, and an incredibly nice guy on top of it all.

I received my finished sideboard last Friday, and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. I was incredibly impressed with the care and attention Jamison put into shipping the piece. And it is truly a functional, beautiful piece of art. I love it.

I will say the product shipped 6 weeks late, and it took a full week longer to ship than advertised, (3-5 days was actually 10…part of that could have been due to the Thanksgiving holiday). And that said, I would without hesitation work with Jamison again. This is a beautiful, unique piece of furniture and an incredible value considering the detail and workmanship.

It was a real pleasure working with Jamison. He was very professional and courteous. He helped me shape my project through the design phase and carried out the project as promised. The final product is absolutely magnificent. I would absolutely do business with him again.

The reasons for not giving a five star review are, I believe, well founded. Jamison greatly underestimated the time it would take to finish the project, which caused frustration. Estimated time to shipping was 6 weeks but the project carried on to about 3 months. The other frustration is that he did not communicate with the frequency that he said he would. He did not respond to my messages as quickly as I would have liked, and I believe he fell short on his promises to send photos or follow up e-mails. So there were some frustrating moments. He communicated just enough to where I knew my project was moving forward. I can tell he's a busy guy.

At the end of the day, my wife and I asked ourselves if we would do the Custommade.com thing again, and if we would do it with Jamison. And I say absolutely yes. Having done one project gives me some trust with him and the process and the work was first rate.
