--MY BUSINESS- I have been a professional metalsmith since 1977. Engaged in Custom work and Restoration. I have experience in most all aspects of metalworking techniques in Silver, Brass, Copper, Bronze and Steel.
I have more than 40 years experience in Lost Wax casting and Rubber molding. The wide range of techniques I use provides a broad range for me to draw upon as to how a project may be designed and made.---

    Shipping Policy

    Area served: We are located in Hampstead , Maryland, 21074 serving the Mid Atlantic region, but depending on the project, Shipping Methods: We ship by UPS . We will provide personal delivery if necessary. We make that decision based on location and fragility of project.

    Maker Policy

    Please read carefully!!!! 1) THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED CUSTOM WORK!! We provide as much information as we can, to a client, to make informed decisions about their project. We offer one and sometimes more occasions at different stages of a project where decisions are to be made, agreed upon and have signed approval to proceed. This is for the purpose of reducing any concerns, questions and unknowns a client may have during the project. This is good for maker and client. 2)-- DURING THE DESIGN PHASE-- if a client chooses to not complete the project, we will retain a fee for time spent in design and return the balance of deposit, if applicable. The amount of fee will be totally based on amount of work provided prior to cancellation of the project. CANCELLATION MUST BE PROVIDED AND DATED IN WRITING!!. 3) If production has commenced and project is cancelled for any reason, we will retain costs for design, production and material at time of cancellation. Any components provided by customer for the project will be returned in the condition they were received, if they have not been altered. Customer will pay shipping for returned items. 4)-- DELIVERY SCHEDULE-- Our production and delivery schedule will always be an estimate only. If there is a specific deadline required as part of the requirements of a project, we will need to be informed in advance of a signed contract and we will be clear as to whether we can comply with the deadline or not. --IN SUMMARY-- We make every effort to make the custom work process as pleasant as possible. Based on the info we are providing here, this is all about clear communication of every aspect of a project. This process can be enjoyable and exciting for both maker and client.
