Working with Geoff on this project was an absolute breeze and a joy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and was extremely responsive throughout the proposal process. He then created exactly what he said he would, which was exactly what I was looking for, and was able to ship it to me a day earlier than he said he would try to achieve. He is a true professional, and his work is extremely high quality. Overall I could not be happier with the end result, and with my experience throughout the project.

Geoff was great to wok with, he made suggestions, communicated often, sent pictures of progress and was very responsive. He has done a great job with the piece (quality and creativity) and I would use him on a future project in a heart beat.

Our experience with Geoff could not have been better. We had some trepidation, having never really heard of either Custom Made or Geoff. He was so responsive that our design evolved over the months, as we listened to his thoughts and contributed our own (we had the luxury of time as we were remodeling our house). The end result is a spectacular hand-crafted dining room table and chairs that are everything we dreamed of. We simply couldn't have had a better experience.

Highly Recommend! Communication was detailed and timely, and the finished product is gorgeous. I even had one change along the way in the process and Geoff was flexible and had an excellent solution. I also appreciate the careful packaging.
